Booking Terms

Last updated: 2026-10-17. These terms apply to makeup appointments booked with Andrea Beauty (Andrea Cvetkov), Vasil Stefanov, Manastirski Livadi, Sofia, Bulgaria.

1. Booking and confirmation

You can request an appointment through the booking form, by email or on social media. An appointment is confirmed when I confirm the date, time and place to you in writing. Appointments must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

2. Payment

The full price of the service is paid in advance. There is no deposit.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

Because the price is paid in advance, there is no separate cancellation fee. You can cancel within 24 hours of purchasing the service. After that, the appointment can be postponed to another date.

4. Lateness

I can wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you are later than that, the appointment slot is given to the next person.

5. Travel and on-location appointments

I work from my studio and can also travel within Sofia and nearby areas. The travel fee, if any, is added after the makeup. The exact address and the timing are agreed before the appointment is confirmed.

6. Allergies, skin conditions and patch test

Please tell me about any known allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions when you book, and again at the start of the appointment. If you have reacted to cosmetics before, or are unsure whether you may react, a patch test before the appointment is recommended. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give me, and I cannot be held responsible for reactions to ingredients that you did not tell me about.

7. Photos and videos

I may photograph or film the finished look for my portfolio, website and social media. I do this only with your consent. You can say no before or after the appointment, and you can ask me at any time to stop using or to remove a photo or video of you – write to andreabeauty.bg@gmail.com. Saying no has no effect on the service or the price.

8. Prices

Prices on the website are shown as “from” prices. The final price depends on the service and is confirmed before the appointment, and it is paid in advance. Group bookings are available on request.

9. Personal data

How I handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
