Good to know before you book
What types of makeup services do you offer?
I provide bridal, evening/event, and natural daily makeup, as well as personalized looks for photoshoots and special occasions.
How long does a makeup session usually take?
A typical session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the look.
What products do you use?
I use high-quality, professional makeup brands to ensure long-lasting and flawless results.
Do you provide bridal trials before the wedding?
Yes, I offer bridal trial sessions to make sure we create the perfect look for your special day.
When should I do the bridal trial?
Ideally a few weeks before the wedding, so there is time to adjust anything. We try the look together, tune shades and intensity and see how it feels and photographs, so there are no surprises on the day. Send me your wedding date through the booking form and we will agree a date for the trial.
Where do you work – studio or at my location?
Both. I work from my studio at Vasil Stefanov, Manastirski Livadi, Sofia, Bulgaria and I can also come to your location in Sofia (the travel fee, if any, is added after the makeup).
Do you travel for makeup appointments?
Yes, I can travel within Sofia and nearby areas. The travel fee, if any, is added after the makeup.
How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance – the calendar in the booking form only offers dates from three days ahead. For weddings and busy weekends, the earlier you ask, the better.
Is a deposit required?
No, there is no deposit. The full price of the service is paid in advance. If a travel fee applies, it is added after the makeup is done.
What should I prepare before the appointment?
Come with clean, moisturised skin and bring a few inspiration photos of looks you like. Wear a top that does not need to be pulled over your head, and tell me about any allergies or sensitivities when you book. If you already have your outfit, a photo of it helps me choose the right look.
Do you provide false lashes?
Yes – false lashes are included in the package.
How can I book an appointment?
You can contact me directly via the booking form on the website, email, or social media.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payment is made in advance, so there is no cancellation fee. You can cancel within 24 hours of purchasing the service. See the booking terms.
What if I am late?
I can wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you are later than that, the appointment slot is given to the next person.
Do you offer group bookings for events?
Yes, I can accommodate group bookings for weddings, parties, and special occasions.
