Please note that makeup services are personalized and time-based, which means refunds are not available once the appointment has been completed.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a partial charge or loss of deposit (if applicable).
In the rare case that Andrea needs to reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new suitable date.
